Conference package

• Provision of the conference room with plenty of natural daylight and desired seating arrangement
• Basic equipment: pin board, projector, screen, flip chart with sufficient paper, moderator’s case, free Wi-Fi access
• Coffee, tea and butter pretzels to welcome the participants
• One coffee and tea break with fresh fruit and yogurt in the morning
• A 3-course lunch with salad, choice of main course (fish, meat, vegetarian), dessert
• One coffee break in the afternoon with home-made cake
• Conference drinks for the entire day (excluding drinks during lunch and dinner)
• 59.90 € per person

We charge the following additional fees for conference technology:

• We are always happy to make copies and overhead transparencies for you: 0.25 € per copy
• The room rental for seminars with less than 10 participants is 80.00 per day
• No separate room rental will be charged for 10 or more participants
