Galloways

Galloway cattle are a medium-sized breed of cattle specifically suitable for year-round grazing. They are known for their high-quality meat. Due to their free-range grazing on pastures, the meat grows slowly compared to conventional cattle farming.

Shropshire Lambs

Shropshire sheep are a medium-sized, exceptionally delicious breed of sheep. The meat from Shropshire lambs is considered high-quality, particularly flavorful, and does not taste at all like lamb as one might expect from other breeds of sheep. Producing ethically-raised and easily digestible Shropshire lamb meat does not require any supplementary feed or additives.
